Another great project that I had so much fun with! I used a wine bottle and coated it in quick drying air clay. It's easy to shape and manipulate into place and dries over night
I never work from anything other that what is in my head, and my projects seem to develop as I'm working. If an idea pops into my head, I will try it and if I don't like it, I simply change it. I don't get phased if something doesn't work, I just carry on lol
I use a verity of tools but mainly m,y fingers do all the work :0)
It's a lot of fun creating the mushrooms/toadstools etc
And of course it had to have a bell, to get the hole in the top I used a wire and waited for the clay to dry before painting and assembling it together
I find it best not to worry about how I'm going to paint something, I go with the flow and it generally works out for me! Never over do it, less is more as my Granddaughter Billie-May would often say to me 👱
See how I've attached the bell!
Then the moss is attached, I use fresh moss and as it dries out it gives that aged look
The tiny pumpkins are actually real seeds, they look like pumpkins, so therefore in my world they become miniature ones lol
Can you see the little Mice
Can you find the Rabbit & the Mouse
The mice are hiding everywhere
Here's another one I was working at the same time!

The finished look is fab, so talented xx
